As we prepared to update our website, we've been looking back at the past many years operating Stateline Auto Body, Inc. in Oxford, OH. Among the many things we wanted to share on the new website, such as the services we provide and the awesome before & after photos of cars we've fixed, what really made us proud were the many hand-written thank-you notes, positive online reviews, and happy emails that we've received over the years. When we receive such gestures of kindness from our customers, my team and I really know that we've made the lives of our customers a little easier! And their kindness, in turn, make our days that much brighter! This was really brought into focus for me a few weeks ago, when a very dear customer made us a cake and a beautiful thank-you card. This incredible former teacher said to me: "you know, KINDNESS MATTERS , it really does!" We couldn't agree with her more!
